Stoke boss Pulis proud of Butland deal

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis is proud of their deal for Birmingham City goalkeeper Jack Butland.

England international Butland joined the Potters in a £3.5m deadline-day move from Birmingham, before being loaned back to St Andrew's for the rest of the season.

Pulis said: "It was an unbelievable deal.

"Birmingham turned down £6m in summer and we got him for half that."
