Negotiations have been on-going with the centre-half for the past three months and the Pottersâ€™ chief is anxious to tie Huth to an extended contract.
Further talks are pencilled in for next week. Pulis said: "We are desperately keen to sort out Robertâ€™s future.
"We have been talking to him for some time but whatever happens, he wonâ€™t be sold.
"I'm hopeful something will be sorted by the time we come back for pre-season training in July.
"Heâ€™s obviously a player who is valued and the supporters have taken to him because of the way he approaches the game."
