Stoke City boss Tony Pulis is happy to send young striker Ben Marshall on-loan to Northampton.

"He's done smashing since he joined us," Pulis told The Sentinel, "and we think some league football would do him the world of good at this stage. He's certainly looked strong enough for it."

Marshall arrived at Stoke this summer from Crewe Alexandra.
