Stoke City boss Tony Pulis is happy with the opening weeks of the new season.
City have been handed an opening day trip to Staffordshire rivals Wolves on August 14 before kicking off their Britannia campaign with the visit of Tottenham on August 21.
A trip to Chelsea on August 28 follows but Pulis is undaunted as he prepares to lead the club into their third season in the Premier League.
He said: "Whichever way you cook it, they are all tough games. I always want a home game to start with, that's what everyone looks for.
"But Wolves away is a good one for our supporters. We couldn't get one at home but at least we are close by."
