Stoke boss Pulis fears Owen facing ban after Arteta clash

Stoke City striker Michael Owen is facing an FA probe after lashing out at Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta.

The Sun says Owen took a swipe at Gunners ace Arteta in injury time of his team's 1-0 loss at the Emirates.

Owen escaped a booking although he could face FA action if ref Chris Foy admits he did not see it. Potters boss Tony Pulis said: "Arteta's challenge is poor. But Michael should not do that. That should be left to the referee.

"Let's see what the FA say. They will deal with it."
