Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has shrugged off the latest round of criticism coming his way.
Recent results in the Premier League have left critics voicing concerns about the manager, his team selections, match tactics and transfer policy.
"It doesn't affect me, whether people tap me on the back or kick me on the backside," Pulis told The Sentinel.
"I just get on with the job, and the chairman is the only one I enjoy a tap on the back from. If we get to Wembley, it would be fantastic for him and the Coates family."
