Stoke City boss Tony Pulis says Peter Crouch is ready to wreck former club Liverpool's FA Cup hopes.

Pulis believes Crouch, 31, has the quality to steal the show from Gerrard on his return to Anfield and set up a Wembley return for the Potters.

Pulis said: "Peter still trains and plays like a 15-year-old.

"He has so much enthusiasm, he's a throwback to the old days of good old pros. I still have to chuck him off the training ground!

"He is a great character and so down to earth. He will help anyone. He is good with the kids and people in the community."
