Stoke City boss Tony Pulis admits Cameron Jerome is on his way to Blackburn Rovers.

He confirmed he had been in touch with Rovers caretaker boss Eric Black.

He said: "Eric rang up to enquire about Cameron. It would be a three-month loan with a recall available after 28 days. But it's a bit awkward as Rovers don't have a manager.

"If it comes off, it would be a good one as Cameron is a player that needs game time. It's not far away and they are a decent side."
