Stoke boss Pulis banking on Jones improvement

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis is banking on Kenwyne Jones returning to his best.

Pulis hopes former Sunderland striker Jones - without a goal since New Year's Day - is over his domestic problems.

He said: "What people forget is that Kenwyne has been through a bad experience off the pitch.

"He had a family situation which really affected him. But he came on against West Ham on Saturday and did really well.

"As a club, we'll support our players, especially when it comes to their families."
