Stoke City boss Tony Pulis says he's still trying to land new signings.

"We are desperately trying to bring a few in and we will keep going up until the window closes," he told Sky Sports News.

"Hopefully, fingers crossed, one or two things will fall for us.

"There are so many people today that get involved in transfers.

"Years ago it used to be manager to manager and no-one else. But you get agents involved now and so many other people on the fringes that it makes it ever so difficult to deal with anybody."
