Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has revealed they're having to "start again" in their bid to attract players for the Premiership season.

He explained: "Everything boils down to what players we can bring in.

"We've made the huge step-up we needed to convince people that this is a good football club.

"Now we start all over again and try to show the players that we want to bring in that we can be a successful Premier League club."
