Stoke City boss Mark Hughes admits he may work the loan market again this summer.
Hughes' previous loan dealings have included the likes of Oussama Assaidi, Stephen Ireland and Marco van Ginkel.
He told The Sentinel: “More often than not, my view is you take them on 12-month loan deals rather than six months.
“I think that's more beneficial for us and for the players themselves.
“Sometimes the loan deals are the ones you do later in the window because you have an area of the team that you are bit concerned about, so if you haven't been able to get the key signings in, then you have to do something else and obviously the loan market allows that."
