Stoke City boss Paul Lambert has left the door open to Tyrese Campbell featuring this weekend.

Stoke meet Leicester City this weekend.

Lambert said of the 18 year-old: "If he's good enough I will throw him in. I needed a manager myself when I was younger to throw me in.

"Tyrese has done great, he's scoring a lot of goals and there's only so long you can ignore that.

"He's trained with us and I will decide tomorrow whether to put him in the squad, but he's in my thinking."
