Stoke City boss Mark Hughes is unhappy seeing Swansea City's Garry Monk escape punishment for his rant against Victor Moses.
Monk attacked Moses after the Nigeria winger had won a penalty in the Potters' win.
His comments automatically came under review by the FA and there was widespread shock when it emerged he had not been charged.
Stoke manager Hughes said: "Well, we ... maybe that word (cheating) is allowed to be used by ourselves. It seems to be that the FA have vindicated what's been said.
"Maybe that is an adjective we can use. Does it set a dangerous precedent? I think it may well have done, yes."
