Stoke City boss Mark Hughes admits he's surprised by their record ahead of the clash with Watford.
Victory over The Hornets would see Stoke off to their best ever start in the Premier League.
Three straight victories have wiped out a poor start to the season which saw them struggling near the bottom.
Hughes said: "It's a strange game. Three or four games in we were supposedly in dire straits and now we're on the verge of our best ever stat.
"Work that one out. But there's no room for complacency. We have to just keep working hard."
