Stoke City boss Mark Hughes admits he sees a lot of himself in Peter Crouch.

Hughes is now urging Crouch, 32, to start getting greedy to boost his goal tally.

The former Manchester United and Wales striker said of his playing days: "I probably worked too hard for other people and found myself outside the box too many times. Peter does that too, as he is a hard-working lad who tries to help the team."
