Stoke City boss Mark Hughes says Jack Butland is close to a return.
Butland is set to return to first-team contention in the next two weeks.
The England keeper, 24, is on his way back from three operations on the ankle he injured playing against Germany a year ago this month.
“At the moment he starts his day with the physios then goes with the goalkeeping coach for more specific work and that's the plan for the next 10, 12 days," said Hughes.
“Hopefully by the back end of that, he'll be back with us as a group. He's doing very well and is back with us training.
“He had three weeks in Qatar to try to push his recovery and he had the green light from the consultant to up his work on the grass."
