Stoke City boss Mark Hughes is hoping for a warm reception from Blackburn Rovers ahead of their FA Cup clash.
Hughes is a former Rovers manager.
Asked if there will a good reception at about 2.55pm this afternoon, he said: "I would like to think so.
"I was a player and a manager there for a good period. I've got a lot of affection for the club and I was fortunate to have a lot of good people in key positions when I was there.
"They had a really strong group with the best interests of the club at heart and they were driving it all forward.
"It's a great club with a great history and one of the few clubs to win the Premier League.
"It's a shame, obviously, that they've fallen away from those levels."
