Stoke City boss Mark Hughes fears the worst for Glen Johnson after a knee injury suffered in victory at Bournemouth.
Johnson limped off early in the second half after Philipp Wollscheid inadvertently fell on him as he cleared the ball from inside his own area.
Hughes said they would have to assess the full extent of the damage, but it looked like a long time out, says The Sentinel.
Stoke's familiar injury curse had already struck their back - yet again - when Marc Muniesa limped out with a tweaked hamstring right on half-time.
