Stoke City manager Mark Hughes was thrilled to have signed Spanish striker Joselu on Tuesday.
The Potters have captured the 25-year old from German club Hannover 96 for £5.75million and his arrival certainly has Hughes excited.
"Joselu has an excellent pedigree and is a player we have been tracking for some time," Hughes told the club's official website.
"He has skills and attributes that are different to what we already have within the squad but will complement the attacking players we already have at our disposal.
"Joselu is excited about testing himself in the Premier League and we're delighted to have him with us."
Joselu joined Hannover from Hoffenheim last summer and scored eight Bundesliga goals in his debut campaign at the HDI-Arena.
