Stoke City boss Mark Hughes says Peter Crouch can be a good influence on Saido Berahino.
The pair enjoyed a short partnership against Everton in midweek after Berahino's introduction from the bench – and a similar scenario awaits at West Brom this weekend.
"Pete does that to everybody he comes into contact with," said Hughes.
"He's a very open guy, very gregarious. He's a big part of the group and all of the players benefit from that. He plays an important role in the group on the pitch as well as off it.
"He takes that role on himself – he's not asked to do it.
"It's all part of the knowledge and experience that he's gained throughout his career, which is outstanding and everybody benefits from that."
