Stoke City boss Mark Hughes is unconcerned over transfer rumours for two of his senior players.
Potters captain Ryan Shawcross has been linked with Newcastle United, while goalkeeper Asmir Begovic is wanted by Real Madrid.
"It doesn't faze them," Hughes said, "because both of them have had plenty of speculation in the past, so they will take it all with a pinch of salt.
"But I'm sure there's a little bit of banter going on. This group won't let it go to their heads because they're not like that.
"It's a sign they are good players and it reflects well on them, the club and also their team-mates because they have helped them to impress."
