Reading defender Andre Bikey is a £2.5 million target for Stoke City boss Tony Pulis.
Cameroon international Bikey, 23, has made no secret of his desire to return to the Premier League.
Bikey was a £1.3m buy from Lokomotiv Moscow in the summer of 2007.
