Stoke City attacker Julien Ngoy has dropped plans of a loan move this month.
Ngoy has shelved any idea of a loan move this month to fight for be part of Mark Hughes's regular first team plans, says The Sentinel.
"I was very proud to get my first first-team game at home," he said. "I had a couple of chances that I should have done better with but hopefully in the next game I will play too. I think I can play in the first team. The coaches are giving me a lot of advice, every day, and I am doing what they want me to do.
"I will keep working hard to be a first team player here. I would prefer to stay and fight for a place in the team than go out on loan now. I don't think about a loan move for the moment."
