Stoke City have approached Sporting Lisbon for midfielder Diego Capel.
The Daily Mail says the Potters are showing an interest in Sporting left winger Capel.
The 26-year-old Spain international is valued at £7million but Stoke are understood to have made an opening offer of around £3.8m.
