Stoke City have reportedly approached Manchester City for winger Adam Johnson.
The Potters are hectic at the moment as they strive to get a number of deals done before tonight's 11pm transfer deadline and it has just become apparent that they are in talks with City for Johnson.
Tony Pulis is desperate to get some deals done, particularly Peter Crouch and Wilson Palacios from Tottenham, and it is believed that he wants a season-long loan for Johnson who is generally used as a bit-part player by Roberto Mancini.
