Stoke City have made their intentions to sign Demba Ba from Hoffenheim quite clear.
The Potters have reportedly made an offer of £5.9million for the Senegalese striker who has also recently been linked with West Ham United.
On that occasion, Hoffenheim blocked any potential transfer but Stoke feel an increased transfer fee may influence them to sell.
It is believed that Ba, who has scored 37 Bundesliga goals in 97 appearances since joining from Belgium's Excelsior Mouscron in 2008, will travel to Stoke on Thursday with hopes of completing a move to the Britannia Stadium.
