Stoke City midfielder Wilson Palacios has had his car taken by local police.
The Mirror says Palacios had his £200,000 Bentley confiscated by police as he drove home from training.
They pulled the Honduras midfielder over in his Continental and found he did not have his documents with him.
The 27-year-old, who moved to the Potters from Tottenham in August, was left stranded in Stoke when his luxury motor was taken to a compound on Tuesday.
Palacios got the car back when he showed Staffordshire police his paperwork the next day.
