Stoke City's academy are launching a US partnership.
The club has today announced a partnership with a sports management company, Global Image Sports, to establish a connection with several clubs across America and Canada.
The link-up will give coaches on both sides of the Atlantic a chance to work with their opposite numbers to swap ideas.
Stoke's chief executive Tony Scholes said: "Global Image Sports have an outstanding reputation.
"Our partnership is a fantastic opportunity for us to raise the club's profile in North America, where football is becoming increasingly popular and where we already have strong links thanks to having the likes of Geoff Cameron and Brek Shea on our books."
