Chris Baird scored a rare double to help Fulham record a vital 2-0 win over Stoke City at Britannia Stadium.
The Northern Ireland defender scored his first-ever Premier League goals for the Cottagers and they came at a desperate time as it Mark Hughes' team's first triumph in nine outings.

GOALS Things started well for the struggling Londoners when Baird fired home from close range in just the fourth minute when a Simon Davies cross from the left was not cleared properly by the Potters' defence.
GOAL And it was a horror start for the home side when Baird struck from long range after being teed up from a free-kick.
Stoke dominated proceedings from then with 17 attempts on goal to Fulham's five but the damage had been done as Hughes' men climbed ever-so-slightly away from the drop zone whilst Stoke undid their good work in their 2-0 away win over Blackburn Rovers a few days ago.
