Stevenage Borough boss Graham Westley expects Everton to field a weakened line-up for their FA Cup tie.
The Toffees' FA Cup fourth round tie against the League One strugglers on Saturday evening is quickly followed by a Merseyside derby against Liverpool on Tuesday.
Westley said: "Lukaku won't be playing at the weekend. Roberto Martinez will be in the psychiatric hospital before we see that."
