Steven Taylor says English will remain the dominant language at Newcastle United.
"At the start of the season, we were all a bit worried about communication," he admitted to the Sunday Sun. "We had an Argentine, a Spaniard and a Frenchman, and obviously I'm English.
"The one thing we said to them was: 'You're in England, speak bloody English.'
"If I went to play in Spain I would have to speak Spanish, so why should I change my language to Spanish when we're playing in England? I said: 'I'm not speaking Spanish to you.' As time has gone on, though, everyone has mixed together and we're all speaking the same language, if you like. The lads have settled in well, and we all get on great."
