Steven Defour admits he's happily settled at Burnley.

The Belgium midfielder is enjoying some of the best form he's shown in recent years.

"It's fine at Burnley," says Defour. "We gained confidence by saving our previous season. Then we've added a number of boys with qualities. Players who can keep the ball and stay calm.

"It's also better for me. I have been able to experience the full preseason at Burnley and that was a difference with last season's time at Anderlecht.

"I am much fitter and that's making a big difference."
