Steve Potts has been appointed new U18 coach at West Ham United.
The Hammers legend has been promoted from his previous job as U16s coach after Ian Hendon and Nick Haycock moved up to first-team coach and Development Squad coach respectively before Christmas.
Potts' son, Dan, is now a first teamer at West Ham.
