Former Middlesbrough and Derby boss Steve McClaren is eyeing a move to Huddersfield.

The Sun says McClaren is the shock name in the frame to be Huddersfield's new director of football.

He thinks his skills may suit a job away from the training ground and he could be the surprise replacement for Stuart Webber.

Huddersfield want a new man for the position after Webber quit for Norwich.

McClaren was a guest at their game against Norwich on Wednesday night.
