Raheem Sterling's new contract talks are threatening to become a big dilemma for Liverpool. The Liverpool whizkid is under pressure to sign a new deal - but insists he has NOT been offered one.

A source told The Sun: "How can Raheem hurry and sign when there isn't anything to sign?"

Sterling, 18, and his camp are bewildered by Rodgers going public with calls for the England new-boy to commit his future to Anfield.

In two meetings so far, it is understood no formal offer has been made.
