Bolton Wanderers midfielder Stelios Giannakopoulos admits he's been frustrated by a lack of action this season.

He said: "Every player wants to play. I had surgery on a hernia that had to be done in the summer but now I'm 100 per cent fit and focused. I played a small part at Bayern Munich but want to be involved more.

"If I'm not playing I have to see what I can do for my future. I'm not starting the games and that troubles me because I'm used to playing week in, week out."
