Gretar Steinsson insists he is happy at Bolton Wanderers.

The fullback accepts Bolton boss Owen Coyle will seek to add to his squad in the summer.

"There is a trial in the first week he comes in, you feel a little bit that way," Steinsson told the Bolton News. "But personally, he can shop for whoever he wants and there will still be the same fight from me on the training ground to try and prove myself.

"It's about who is willing and able on a Saturday to give everything for the team.

"We will always be the smaller team in most of our games, so we can only afford to have players who go out there every weekend and fight for points.

"I'm a good contestant for that - and it wouldn't matter who the manager brought in over the summer, I wouldn't change the way I go about things at all. He knows what he gets from me."
