Fulham defender Dejan Stefanovic says everyone is on their toes to impress new gaffer Roy Hodgson.
The veteran told fulhamfc.com: "Every manager is different.
"We've got good players but having good players doesn't mean that you have an excellent team. We played well this season but didn't get the results and conceded a lot of goals in the last ten minutes - maybe because of a lack of tactics or a lack of concentration.
"If you've got the players to play football and you want them to do something totally different on the pitch, sometimes you can find frustration in the players, but everyone is different and this is in the past. I'm looking forward to working for the new manager and helping the football club get out of trouble."
