Stearman happy playing anywhere for Wolves

Richard Stearman says he'll play anywhere for Wolves.

The England Under-21 defender usually plays on the right defensive flank or at centre-back but played at left-back against Arsenal at the weekend and despite a good personal performance was unable to save his side from a 4-1 defeat.

Stearman told the Birmingham Mail: "At Leicester I'd pretty much played all over the park so I felt quite comfortable in there at left back.

"The gaffer asked me to do a job for him and despite the scoreline I was quite pleased with how I played.

"It was always going to be a tough ask but in general I was pleased with how it went but obviously the main priority is always the scoreline and we didn't get the result we wanted."
