Staying? Arsenal players convinced Wenger will ink deal

Arsenal players are convinced manager Arsene Wenger will be in charge next season.

The Sun says they reckon the under-fire boss will sign a new contract to stay at the Emirates for another TWO years.

Gunners fans have been calling for Wenger's head after the 5-1 Champions League thrashing at the hands of Bayern Munich.

That made it three defeats in four games – after losses to Watford and Chelsea saw Arsenal plummet TEN points behind the Premier League leaders.

Arsenal have already offered Wenger a new deal – running until 2019 – which he can sign any time he chooses.

And it is claimed the boss is even already making plans for the next campaign, including formulating training schedules and making hotel bookings for Arsenal's pre-season tour to Australia.
