Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira's impact is showing up in the team's season stats.

The Sun reports Torreira, 22, has played in all eight of Arsenal's Premier League games so far this season but only started three: the wins over Everton, Watford and Fulham.

The Gunners have also played Vorskla, Torreira's first start, and Qarabag in the Europa League and saw off Brentford in the League Cup and have won their last nine matches.

Stats revealed that across Arsenal's 11 matches, Torreira has played 548 of the 990 minutes this season.

In those 548 minutes, Arsenal have scored 20 goals and conceded just three times.

But in the 442 minutes with Torreira off the pitch, Unai Emery's side have scored nine and conceded ten.
