Arsenal's woes this season can hardly be blamed on just thing.
There are a myriad of reasons; from defensive blunders, to the Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez contract cloud, and how can we forget the inevitable departure of Arsene Wenger. (or is it?)
But the Gunners inability to convert their chances is right up there with one of the more important reasons why they're seventh on the Premier League table.
Overall, Arsenal have created 230 opportunities to score this season. But they've bagged only 30 goals. That is fewer than Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea. (It's alright Gooners, you're level with Tottenham)
There has been an element of misfortune, with Arsenal having hit the woodwork ten times, which is the most in the league.
But the bottom line is: if Arsenal start scoring, they'll catapult up the league.
