Dejan Stankovic is confident of progress after their 1-0 win over CSKA Moscow in last night's Champions League quarterfinal first-leg clash.

Stankovic is confident Inter can reach the Champions League semi-final if they maintain the second half approach.

"You saw the first half, we created a few chances without scoring," he said.

"We were much more aggressive after the break, pinned them back and could've netted quite a few more.

"If we play with this attitude and pace, pushing them back in their own half and pouncing on every loose ball, then we can certainly do well in Moscow as well."
