Stankovic admits Inter Milan missing Milito after Dynamo Kiev setback

Dejan Stankovic says Inter Milan can have no complaints after being held 2-2 by Champions League rivals Dynamo Kiev.

Inter twice fought back from a goal down, including Lucio putting it into his own net, as they drew with Dynamo.

"It is not called the Champions League for no reason. They saw our game against Genoa and moved to correct those errors, closing down all the spaces," said the midfielder.

"It could've gone a lot worse. We risked defeat and also Rubin's win at Barcelona still gives us a chance of going through."

Stankovic has now scored two of Inter's total three goals in the Champions League and is enjoying his new trequartista role.

"For now this position is good, but I think everyone can't wait for Diego [Milito] to come back so we can play in our preferred system."
