Standard Liege striker Milan Jovanovic is happy with his imminent move to Liverpool.

The Serbia international has signed a pre-contract at Anfield and will be confirmed as a Liverpool player on June 1.

Jovanovic said: "They might have had a poor season, but Liverpool are still Liverpool.

"I really see this as the place where I want to be. The thought of playing at Anfield is an incredible inspiration for me."
