St Etienne striker Nolan Roux is sorry over Zlatan Ibrahimovic's departure to Manchester United.

Roux will miss the former PSG striker.

"It's a shame that he left," lamented Roux.

"At the same time, when we saw him play, we wondered what he was doing in Ligue 1. On the pitch he radiated a calm and was clearly on a different level.

"He may sound arrogant, but it's a game. I love this player. When we faced him, it was pointless to create an 'anti-Zlatan' tactic because he was almost impossible to mark."
