Saint-Etienne want €12 million for striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Newcastle United and Arsenal are chasing the Gabon international.
Aubameyang's agent Oscar Damiani said: "Saint-Etienne has already turned down a bid from another French club back in January and will now demand a minimum of 12million."
