Tottenham fullback Ryan Fredericks is drawing inspiration from senior teammates.
He says the progress of Andros Townsend and Harry Kane is acting as a spur for his own career.
"With Andros and Harry, you see what they've achieved this season and it is inspirational," Fredericks told the Spurs website.
"It's a cliché, but seeing them does make you believe in yourself and that you have a chance to do it as well. I'm lucky that I've managed to play as well this season and it gives you confidence to go out there and play well, you believe you can do it and I'll try to get another chance.
"I've played with Andros and Harry for a while now and you look at Andros - he went on to play for England. You also see the likes of Ross Barkley at Everton coming through and these are players you've played against through the years, so it does give you confidence."
