Tottenham refuse to give up landing Sevilla winger Diego Capel.

The Daily Mail says Spurs are expected to make an improved offer for Capel after their original £12.5m bid was turned down.

Juande Ramos is desperate to strengthen his squad during the summer and is keen to bring the 20-year old to White Hart Lane.

Ramos worked with Capel when he was coach at Sevilla and believes he could become a major star in the Premier League.
